Orders are packed and dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays. Anything ordered before 9am on a dispatch day goes out that same day.

Two to four working days once dispatched. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves us.

Yes, on every order over the free-shipping threshold. Below that it is a flat rate, and we do not mark up postage.

Write to us with your order number. If tracking has not moved in five working days we send a replacement, no questions.

If the order has not been dispatched, yes. Send us the new address and we will update it before it goes out.

Use the bar properly for as long as its stated timing takes. If your skin is no better, write to us within sixty days and we will refund you or send a different product — whichever you prefer.

No. Keep it, or pass it to someone who might get on with it better. Posting a used bar back helps nobody.

We process them within three working days. Your bank usually takes another two or three to show it.

Yes, and most people do. Tell us what your skin is actually doing and we will suggest which one to try.

We will ask what happened, because it helps us formulate the next batch — but the refund does not depend on your answer.

It depends on the problem. Odour changes from the first wash. Rash and dryness settle in three to seven days. Scalp and breakouts take two to four weeks. Pigment and facial redness take eight weeks.

Not technically. Traditional soap sits around pH 9, which strips this skin. Ours are syndet bars at pH 5.0 — they look and last like soap and behave like a gentle cleanser.

About a month of daily use, and closer to twice that if you let it dry on a draining dish between washes.

Yes, on different areas. What we would not do is layer two actives on the same patch of skin in the same week.

The facial bars, yes. The body bars are formulated for thicker skin, so they are not the right choice for facial redness.

Usually, but ask whoever prescribed them first. If a rash is spreading, weeping or painful, that needs a doctor rather than a soap.

Because a named active at an unnamed strength tells you nothing. If we cannot state the number, we do not make the claim.

Most are unscented. Where there is a scent it is listed in full, and never used to mask a formulation problem.

Yes. No animal testing at any stage, by us or by our suppliers.

The bars rest for six weeks before they are cut and wrapped. It makes them harder and longer-lasting, and it is why we sometimes run out.

In pharmaceutical-grade, ISO-certified facilities, to our own formula and specification. Every box carries its batch number so we can trace any bar back to the day it was made.
